The gap is obvious. We built the bridge.

School teaches you how to get the degree. Almost nobody teaches you what to do with it — how to pick a direction on purpose, how to talk about yourself without cringing, how to meet the people already doing the work you want to do. That matters whether you're applying for internships, figuring out your first job, or pivoting into something new.

I've watched smart people land opportunities not because they were the most qualified — but because they knew how to build a relationship and make a specific, confident ask. That skill is teachable. It is learnable. And it belongs in this course.

So Find Your Direction is built the way I wish someone had built it for me: seven modules, seven things you actually make, and a full module on the part everyone else leaves out.

What we believe

  • Direction beats hustle. Effort without a target is just motion.
  • The Ask is not a trick — it is a skill. And like every skill, it can be practiced and learned.
  • Relationships are the infrastructure of every career. Build them before you need them.
  • Clarity comes from doing the work, not from waiting for a feeling.
